The Vante TPE Tube Sealer is the obvious choice for the reliable, efficient creation of permanent seals in thermoplastic tubing (TPE), allowing for ease of separation at the seal area.
Offering the ultimate in portability, this tubing sealer can be easily moved throughout your processing environment. The durable, maintenance-free sealing heads are connected to the controller with an 8ft cable and are equipped with a remote cycle start feature to make this the only TPE Sealer offered standard with truly remote tube sealing capabilities.
Vante Tube Sealer Capabilities
The Vante Tube Sealer consists of the Model 4160 Controller and interchangeable sealing heads – for thin-wall TPE tubing, or thick-wall TPE tubing.
Used to disconnect thermoplastic elastomer tubing (TPE) such as C-Flex®, as well as peristaltic pump tubing such as PharMed® BPT and PharmaPure®.
Thin-Wall Sealing Head Model 4161
This sealing head model seals .062 & .094 inch wall thickness tubing with an outside diameter range of .250 to .688 inches.
Thick-Wall Sealing Head Model 4162
This sealing head model seals .125 inch wall thickness tubing with an outside diameter range of .375 to 1.00 inches.
