How does the Peltier-type Compact Thermo Chiller work?
A Peltier-type thermoelectric module, is a thermal control device that can provide both heating and cooling effects.
The temperature of the circulating fluid is carefully controlled using a Peltier element, which is a special device that can heat or cool when powered by a DC power supply. The circulating fluid returns to the tank and is transferred by the pump which is built into the thermo-con, through the heat exchangers and a temperature sensor, and then out through the circulating fluid outlet.
Quiet and efficient temperature control
The HEF Series Compact Thermo Chiller produces minimal vibration, dust, and noise by eliminating moving parts like a compressor. By reducing the fan speed in low-load operation, the chiller maintains a low noise level that is similar to that of ambient sound of a quiet residential area.
