Process Valves

Multiway Multiport Diaphragm Valve, pneumatically operated. A reduced number of valves required ensures lower installation costs increases process efficiency along with zero dead volume and no contamination. The Robolux has approvals for FDA, CE, USP Class V, USP Class VI, and ATEX, 3.1. When combining Robolux technology with the Process Valves and Block Valves we are able to offer Diaphragm Valve users the best possible solution.

The 8201 pH measuring system is suitable for measuring absolute pH values in liquids between   pH 0 and pH 12 at medium temperatures of up to 140°C and process pressures of max. 6 bar. Due to its hygienic design and the robust glass-free layout, this model is particularly suitable for use in hygienic processes. The pH electrode's extremely smooth enamel surface prevents the medium from sticking and is very easy to clean. For this, the electrode stays in the process even during a CIP purification.

2100 angle-seat valve fulfils tough criteria for process environments. Unrivalled cycle life and sealing integrity is guaranteed by the proven self adjusting packing gland. The design enables the easy integration of automation modules whether they are electrical/optical position feedback, pneumatic control units, an integrated fieldbus interface or even an explosion proof feedback.

• Very high cycle life• Tri-Clamp® *) body according to EN ISO 2852,BS 4821 or ASME BPE• Deliverable with flow direction below or above seat

The Burkert Tank Bottom Valve system is designed for control of ultra pure, sterile, aggressive or abrasive fluids. Enables optimal filling and emptying of vessels with less dead leg. The valve body consists of two parts – a flange and a body welded together. It is also available in block material on request (in that case no weld seam). The Tank Bottom Valve has two welding bevels to ease the welding and valve positioning operations.

The Burkert series of self-priming, adjustable, diaphragm pumps with a long service life and quiet operation  are ideally qualified for aggressive media. The pumps are perfectly suited for continuous liquid low flow applications. Variations in flow rate are achieved by simply varying the frequency input. With a maximum frequency input of about 40 Hz, the fluid flows virtually pulsation free. Perfluorelastomer seals and a PEEK body are the only wetted parts, allowing the pump to be used for a wide range of aggressive fluids, organic and inorganic solvents and other difficult to handle media.

Micro Diaphragm Pumps.

This range of Burkert proportional flow valves can be used open loop or closed loop. The range is available from 1/8” to 1” with a variety of controller options.
